Do you sell online?+
No — we're a wholesale importer and distributor, so there's no online checkout. Browse the provisions here, then send an order request or get in touch and we'll take care of the rest.
Who do you supply?+
Retailers, grocers, distributors, cafés, and restaurants — and we're happy to hear from individual customers too. Tell us what you're looking for on the order form and we'll follow up.
How does ordering work?+
Send an order request through the form or by phone or email. We reply with current pricing, availability, case sizes, and delivery options, and nothing ships until you've confirmed. No payment is ever taken on this site.
Do you offer curbside pickup?+
Yes — book a slot with the curbside form, Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. Pull up at 4509 Alger St., call (818) 396-0603 when you arrive, and we'll bring your order out to your vehicle.
How do I see wholesale pricing?+
Wholesale pricing lives behind a partner password — open the Wholesale page from the menu. If you don't have access yet, email Info@hyelandsnaturals.org or call us and we'll set you up.
Where do your products come from?+
Europe and Armenia — highland honey and Bjni mineral water from Armenia, Ferrarelle from Italy's Roccamonfina volcano, cold-pressed Mediterranean olive oils, and juices, compotes, spreads, and snacks from trusted European producers.
